I live
in Indianola, Iowa with my husband and two children Parker (3rd grade)
and Emma (1st grade). Emma loves to scrap, so that makes a Mom proud! I
started making layouts a few years ago and now also make cards, mini
albums and altered items. I would describe my style as generally pretty
simple and linear . I have been published in magazines such as Paper
Crafts, Cards, Scrapbook Trends, Simply Handmade, Paper Creations and
others. When not scrapping, supply collecting or procrastinating on
organizing my scrap room, I can be found cheering on my children at
their various activities and driving my rockin' sweet minivan! My blog
is www.jenniferhansenscrapgallery.blogspot.comKristie Taylor Hi! I am
so excited to be designing for That Scrappy Girl! I am a married mother
of four gorgeous kids ages 24,12,9 and 9. Oh yeah , and I cant forget
the furry one lolol! She is an english pointer mix, and thinks she is
one of the kids! I have been creating things since I was a small girl,
and have been scrapbooking and exploring the paper arts for about 10
years. I love every aspect of the craft! I love to use new products and
learn new techniques and just share my joy of creating with other crafty
people! While joining Mimi and the entire design team on this new
journey. I hope to inpire others to create wonderful projects and
scrapbook pages too.

My first brush with scrapbooking was as a child, back when Mrs. Grossman’s stickers and magnetic albums along with ephemera were all the supplies available. I was reintroduced to the hobby in 2001 and became a full-fledged scrapbooking addict in 2005 when I started working at my local scrapbooking store. Today, I’ve expanded into all things paper crafting and often extend my supplies into home décor projects as well. I look to the world around me and the product I have to work with for my inspiration. I am a self-professed tool and technique junkie, and while I do design in a wide variety of styles, I tend to create clean and simple designs with hint of an understated elegance.
